Why Families Prefer Self-Managed & Plan-Managed Care
Many corporate therapy providers become bogged down in NDIA bureaucracy, leading to months-long waitlists, junior therapist rotations, and rigid session quotas.
By operating as an unregistered NDIS specialist provider focusing on Plan-Managed and Self-Managed participants, Rehoboth OT guarantees:
You work directly with Victoria Rajaratnam (20+ yrs clinical leadership & Clinical OT supervisor), not a rotating graduate therapist.
Skip 6–12 month hospital and clinic waiting lists. Victoria personally reviews every intake within 24 business hours.
Flexible funding utilization for real-world cooking, community travel training, AAC communication, and employment readiness.
Unsure Which Funding You Have?
Check your NDIS planning document under "Managing My Plan" or look at your NDIS portal dashboard:
- If it states "Plan Manager": You have Plan Management. Rehoboth OT can start working with you immediately with zero out-of-pocket costs.
- If it states "Self-Managed": You pay upfront and claim reimbursement back from the NDIS app within days.
- If it states "Agency-Managed" (NDIA): You can easily request your LAC or NDIA planner to switch your Capacity Building budget to Plan-Managed so you can choose any provider of your choice.
